Spore

Among my first downloads has been the Spore Creature Creator demo, an editing tool that comes with one of the most anticipated upcoming game “SPORE” by EA games, the creators of the Sims franchise.

This is the first creature I created(His/her name is Liz) with the tools that are available within the program, it’s amazing to put all the body parts together and then seeing your whole creature animating to life.  EA has got a gem on their hands and from what I have experienced so far, Spore will become a massive franchise.

There’s so many customization options and the end user interface is so well put together that it makes it very accessible to a very large target audience.  You can take photos, make movies, share your creations over the internet very easily within the game, you can even upload your movies to youtube or even make an animated avatar to use on internet forums.
