I used to download quite frequently and sometimes some files like 2GB, but i never got capped and never had to pay higher then i had to,and this was for a whole months and has been going on for like 2 years. I'm on the '12GB Cable Liberty Plan'.. but now.. i just got capped 2days ago.. which was only the 10th day of the internet (2nd of every month).. I bareley have done anything, coz ive been going out a lot lately.. only thing ive been doing is light browsing and a few videos.. =.= Btw.. im with Bigpond. I myself am only on a 12 GB Cable plan, and having my net slowed down is so damn painful.
